COUNCIL PRESIDENT’S REPORT:

Council President Berkemeier praised the departments for their hard work during the eclipse.

Berkemeier and Kyle Gardner discussed the request to help provide water to the town of Glenwood. He expressed his opinion that the timing for the request was not appropriate as there was not enough information available. However, he agrees that Glenwood needs a better water source.
