Linda R. Winchester (nee: Leon), age 74, formerly of Cedar Grove, passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2024, at her home in Northport, Alabama.
Linda was born on January 1, 1950, to Dorothy E. Leon (nee: Fox) and Cletus Leon in Cincinnati. Linda attended Western Hills University High School and Western Hills School of Cosmetology.
Linda was a vivacious and sociable woman beloved by her friends and her community. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother who enjoyed gardening, singing, interior design, and impromptu rock concerts with her grandkids. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and Cletus Leon, and her aunt, Catherine Bruewer. She is survived by her children and their spouses: Christopher Winchester (Paul Visscher); Lee Winchester (Diana Winchester); and, Britt Winchester (Andy Sage). She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Jordan and Violet Winchester, and her beautiful cat, Rory.
